Note the project aims are as follows:

We want to give best possible residential experience to residents by retrofitting using landscaping as fastest, cheapest and least intrusive method. 

* Reduce or eliminate heat island effect: Plant native climate resistant shady trees & install canopies
* Increase green cover of the society (increase no of trees)
* Reduce or eliminate water logging and prevent run off of rain water by implementing rain water harvesting system
* Provide facility to provide water and food birds & animals dependent on us
* Provide entry gate
* Beautify & greenify the built environment. To beauty: use of local artisans, use art and crafts, beautiful signboards, beautiful oversized dustbins,
* Reduce vehicle parking woes by putting efforts to organize parking.
* Provide facilities for elderly to sit together comfortably by providing much needed community furniture: 

   identification of places, benches, shades, trees and dustbins
* Provide elements to be able to hold events
* Drastically improve cleanliness infrastructure
* Reduce dusting
* Provide beautiful surrounding by: adding vow factors, good looking signage, provide ambience light, provide street art features, provide LED light grid
* Hydrojetting will be introduced to substantially increase cleanliness of the street
* Possible: The front surface in the lanes will be treated to remove surface defect and covered with suitable treatment materials, where possible.

* Where possible, design to propose

* To introduction of wow factors: Gates, ambience lights & spiral lights on trees

* To establish uniformity to common places: Ensure that the pavements are same outside houses
* Stations for feeding & provide water for birds will be introduced. Residents are expected to show support. 
* Where possible the overhead cables will be undergrounded to declutter streets

Note: We will have to tolerate leaves falling. We will be arranging for regular pick up of leaves
